Pet Policy
You are required to provide Management with desired breed, weight, age, immunization, & vaccination records. Upon Management approval, an additional deposit of $200.00 per cat and $400.00 per dog is required, as well as a monthly fee of $35.00 per cat and $55.00 per dog. Two animal maximum per apartment. Breed restrictions apply for both cats and dogs. No larger than 35 pounds for dogs.
